  • Run over three weeks: Monday to Friday (9:00 am to 4:00 pm)

  • Financial modelling, valuations, pitch book and report writing.

  • Option to add 4 weeks' internship training. 

  • The Christmas Full-Time Analyst Programme also allows us to find relevant internships for students looking for Investment Banking placements during the summer.

Programme Content 

  • Financial Modelling: Build financial models from scratch on real-life companies traded on the Dow Jones, FTSE or Euronext exchange

  • Valuations: Value companies using Discounted Cash flow, Trading and Acquisition comparables

  • M&A: Build Merger and LBO models from scratch 

  • Equity Research: Writing equity research reports for listed companies on Dow Jones,  FTSE or European Exchanges

  • Presentation: Prepare detailed presentation packs

Internship Training

Built-in internship training programme (optional 4 weeks - Summer): 

  • Students write detailed equity research reports on listed public companies and are continuously monitored and given feedback. 

  • Solve valuation, private equity, venture capital and M&A case studies from leading business schools such as Harvard, Stanford,  LBS and IESE.

  • See how professional equity research analysts write investment research reports.

  • We expect students opting to carry on as a part-time analyst, earning back almost all their tuition fees in the first year after finishing the course at City Investment Training.
