What are Warrants?
• Warrant gives the right to the holder to purchase equity shares in the company at a predetermined share price for several years.
• A 10-year warrant for 1m shares of series A stock may allow the holder to purchase these shares at $1 each, regardless of the what the share prices are worth at the time of exercise.
